We Are a Referral Service

Charlotte Business Brokers HQ is not a business brokerage, and we don’t sell companies ourselves.

We publish practical information for owners thinking about a sale, and we connect those owners with an established brokerage partner.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice. Every sale is different, so talk with your own CPA and attorney before you make decisions.

What Happens When You Ask for a Valuation

1. You answer a few questions about your company in our form, or call us.
2. We pass your answers to our brokerage partner.
3. One of their brokers looks over your numbers and calls when you said it suits you.
4. You talk through what your company could sell for. Whether you go further is up to you.

How We Are Paid

Our partner may pay us a referral fee when an owner we introduce requests a valuation or later works with them. You pay us nothing, and the valuation is free.

If you decide to sell, any fee you pay is set out in your own agreement with the brokerage. Ask them to walk you through it before you sign anything.

Keeping Your Plans Private

We share your details only with our brokerage partner, only so they can contact you about your request. We don’t sell your information or put you on mailing lists. Our privacy page has the full detail.
